Extended Care Program
Our extended day program is offered on an as-needed basis. Early-care begins at 8 a.m. and lasts until 8:30 a.m. After-care begins at 3:15 p.m. as needed, provided we have enough children with the necessity. Please notify the school at the beginning of the school year if you have a need for our Extended Care program. The fee for this service is $8.00 per hour, charged in 15 minute increments. If you drop your child off early, sign the “Time In” column on the Extended Care Page. When you pick up your child after dismissal has ended, sign in the “Time Out” column. Failure to sign in or out will result in charges being posted to your account for the full extended care period.
If you are late and your child is at school during the 11:30 a.m. to noon lunch period, you will be charged $8.00, which is our usual lunch fee.
Extended care/lunch bunch statements
Extended Care/Lunch Bunch charges are accrued monthly from the first to the last day of the month. Statements are sent home each month for services of the preceding month. All extended care bills are payable upon receipt. Payments received after the 15th of the month for Extended Care/Lunch Bunch will be assessed a $10.00 late fee.
Additional class session
Class time is considered anytime between the hours of 8:30-11:15 a.m. (morning session) and 12:30-3:15 p.m. (Enrichment program). During this time, the children are supervised by the teaching staff and are engaged in school activities. If you choose to have your child attend additional class sessions, arrangements must be made in advance with the Directors. There is additional tuition associated with additional class sessions of $30 per occurrence plus lunch fees, if applicable. Children from the morning session who have not been picked up by 12:45 p.m. will be charged for the entire afternoon session.
